The Brink at Ridgeview is a 120-unit multifamily development located in Plattsmouth, Nebraska, with direct access to the Highway 75 corridor—a key arterial route serving eastern Cass County. As one of the only new Class A apartment communities in the area, The Brink fills a long-standing gap in quality housing options and has seen strong lease-up activity and tenant demand since construction began in 2024.

This thoughtfully designed property includes one- and two-bedroom apartment homes spread across approximately 180,000 square feet of residential space. Residents enjoy access to a robust suite of amenities, including a resort-style pool, large community clubhouse, and state-of-the-art fitness center, all designed to enhance comfort, wellness, and connection.

The project was delivered in partnership with Keeler Properties, following several prior failed development attempts by other local groups. Its successful execution underscores the importance of strategic partnerships and the value of bringing experienced development leadership to underserved markets.

The Brink at Ridgeview also utilized Tax Increment Financing (TIF) to help fund critical infrastructure, ensuring long-term community benefits and economic viability. Designed by E&A Consulting and Studio 951 Architecture, the project blends modern design with functional living, contributing positively to the local housing market and Plattsmouth’s broader growth strategy.
